The BOSSY List: 5 things I love this week 2.24.17

The Bossy List BITNB

1. Nevertheless, She Persisted Items
Elizabeth Warren made it famous but we can all carry it on. Wear one of these to signify the resilience, persistence and bravery of women everywhere. Buy here and here and here (this one gives 100% of sales to Planned Parenthood).

2. Sing Street (2016)
Watched one too many Oscar nominated weepers lately? Drop what you're doing and catch this movie. Directed and written by John Carney of Once and Begin Again fame, Sing Street is a coming of age tale of a boy and a girl and their love of music set in '80s Dublin. You'll love it. Available on Netflix and Amazon.

3. Paper Ghost Studio
Simple and quirky, these artists' prints showcase the good things and places in life. There are dogs! And cats! Even an Atlanta only section. Try to keep a smile off your face browsing through prints called "Bunny in a coffee cup" and "You da best." Shop here.

4. Big Little Lies (HBO)
As a person who watches a lot of TV, I am always looking for my next favorite show. You try a lot of things that are "meh" and then something comes out of the woodwork and kicks you in the face. That's Big Little Lies. Watch Episode 1 on HBOgo or HBOnow then set your DVR for the rest of the season immediately.

5. The Oscars!
They're finally here: the Academy Awards. Print out your Oscar ballot, fire up your bingo card (download and print mine here and here) and settle in for Hollywood's big night. Don't forget the wine!
